Each client has their own special service requirement and we are able to recommend a suitable service package according to the standard progression of the design development stages, which may be expanded or trimmed as necessary. Professional design fees may be negotiated and are based on the clients’ requirements and determined by the size and type of contract. Fees are assessed through means of a percentage of the contract sum, a lump sum, or an hourly rate.
